A small beta group
We are keeping the group intentionally small so each dealership gets real attention during rollout.
See inventory across every rooftop, keep leads moving, and manage the dealer group from one focused platform. DealerOS is built to handle these jobs well—not pretend to replace every system in your store.
Now onboarding a small group of dealer groups for early access.
DealerOS is in active development and onboarding a small group of dealer groups. Early access gives operators a direct line into what gets built next.
We are keeping the group intentionally small so each dealership gets real attention during rollout.
We work through your rooftops, users, inventory needs, and existing stack before your team gets started.
Dealer groups accepted into early access keep their early pricing as the platform grows.
DealerOS connects the people, rooftops, and vehicles that belong together while keeping each dealer group’s data separate from every other group.
Dealer group, rooftop, and membership records keep inventory organized by operation. Built-in data separation keeps one dealer group’s vehicles and activity out of another group’s view.
Auth0 sign-in pairs with encrypted, signed, HTTP-only sessions, protecting account access behind the scenes.
Keep vehicle inventory visible across the dealer group and decode VINs automatically with NHTSA vehicle data.
Work through onboarding, leads, marketplace and provider areas, with Stripe billing built into the platform.
Start with the group, the rooftop, the vehicle, and the lead.
A dealer platform has to make sense next to the systems already in your stores. The demo starts with your operation, then gets into the product.
Share the rooftops involved, the inventory or lead problem you are solving, and the systems your team uses today.
Walk through dealer group management, multi-rooftop inventory, VIN decoding, lead workflows, and billing with the DealerOS team.
If there is a fit, we will scope white-glove onboarding around your stores, users, and current operating stack.
DealerOS is engineered to support your FTC Safeguards Rule obligations while keeping dealer access and data boundaries clear.
Bring your DMS, CRM, inventory, and lead questions. We will bring the current platform and a clear view of what early access includes.
DealerOS gives multi-rooftop operators a focused place to manage access, vehicles, leads, onboarding, and billing. It is a practical operating layer—not a claim to replace your entire dealership stack.
Give the right people access while keeping dealer groups separate.
Keep the group view without flattening every rooftop into one bucket.
The focused areas DealerOS supports today.
DealerOS starts with inventory and leads. Your DMS, CRM, desking, F&I, and syndication setup should be part of the demo conversation—not assumptions made after the deal.
| Operating need | DealerOS today | How to evaluate the fit |
|---|---|---|
| Dealer group management | Group, rooftop, and membership records | Map your stores, teams, and access needs during the demo |
| Inventory operations | Multi-rooftop vehicle visibility and automated VIN decoding | Review how inventory is organized today and where syndication sits |
| Lead workflow | A dedicated lead management area | Walk through your current CRM process and required handoffs |
| Onboarding and billing | Onboarding workflows with Stripe billing | Agree on rollout scope and plan details before your team starts |
We will show you where DealerOS fits and what early access includes.
DealerOS is engineered to support your FTC Safeguards Rule obligations with isolated dealer data, secure sign-in, and protected server sessions. The platform supports your compliance program; it does not replace it.
DealerOS touches account, vehicle, billing, and lead information. These notices explain the controls and boundaries that matter before you bring a new vendor into the store.
The public contact form collects name, work email, dealership name, inquiry topic, message, consent, and request metadata needed for abuse prevention and delivery. It sends that information to the DealerOS lead-ingestion service so the team can receive the request. Do not include payment-card information, driver-license data, passwords, or other sensitive personal information.

DealerOS currently supports secure Auth0 sign-in, dealer group, rooftop, and membership records, multi-rooftop inventory visibility, automated VIN decoding through NHTSA vPIC, Stripe billing, and workflows for onboarding, leads, marketplace, and providers.
Each dealer group’s application data is isolated in PostgreSQL. Dealer group, rooftop, and membership records keep inventory tied to the right operation and the right users.
DealerOS is engineered to support your FTC Safeguards Rule obligations with isolated dealer data, secure sign-in, and encrypted, signed, HTTP-only sessions. Those controls support your program; they do not make a dealership compliant on their own or represent a certification.
DealerOS is focused on dealership inventory and lead management, not replacing every system in the store. Request a demo so we can review your current DMS, CRM, and syndication setup and discuss where DealerOS fits before you commit.
Yes. Visit the pricing page for current plans, limits, and available options. Early-access dealer groups can also ask about held early pricing during a demo.
The form confirms when your request has been received and gives you a reference number. If delivery fails, your entries stay in the form and you can copy the inquiry before trying again.
Request a demo, bring your DMS and CRM questions, and tell us where inventory or lead handoffs are slowing the group down. You will get an on-screen confirmation when the request reaches DealerOS.
